Синтез и структура соединений гомологического ряда TinO2n–1, полученных восстановлением в водородной среде

Аннотация

Исследован один из малоизученных методов синтеза соединений гомологического ряда TinO2n–1, полученных восстановлением в водородной среде. Серия образцов (n = 2–8) была получена из исходных порошков TiO2 различной химической чистоты (99,0–99,99 %) с модификацией рутилом в широком диапазоне температур и при разном времени восстановления в среде водорода. Установлено влияние чистоты исходных образцов, температуры и времени восстановления на структуру полученных соединений. Показаны различия в кристаллической структуре соединений гомологического ряда TinO2n–1, а также β- и λ-полиморфных модификаций Ti3O5. Обоснован подход к подбору температуры и времени восстановления порошков TiO2 для получения конкретной фазы в соединениях гомологического ряда TinO2n–1.
